Summer Tasting Menu – Five Courses on the Fifth – £50

Our new Summer menu launches this week and to celebrate we would like to invite you to a tasting evening on the Fifth – our room with a view.

Thursday 21 June, 7pm

The five-course menu will be introduced by Head Chef Mike Kenyon – with the optional flight of wine expertly paired and presented by Sommelier and Bar Manager Matthew Cooke.



English green asparagus soup, duck egg, sheeps curd

Confit rabbit and pistachio ballotine, pancetta, broad beans, peas, shoots

Lobster raviolo, lobster claw bisque, sea vegetables, saffron oil

Roasted duck breast, duck sausage roll, carrot, chard, pressed potato

Rhubarb, olive oil biscuit, orange blossom, coconut, pistachio ice cream
