Winemakers' Dinner
Working closely with our suppliers Paul and his team enjoy creating bespoke menus to match the particular wines brought to Liverpool by favoured wine houses. From Laurent Perrier and Pol Roger Champagne houses to Etienne Hugel Alsace, Vallet Freres Burgundy and Vina Pedrosa Ribera del Duero to name a few from the last 4 years. Often the winemakers themselves will introduce each wine and detail the particular process from soil to glass. The evenings have been very popular with a great eclectic mix of diners, the common thread being only a sheer enjoyment of food and wine.
