Champagne Lallier, established in Ay for five generations, is a small house crafting Pinot Nior dominated blends from Grand Cru Sites. Lallier's vineyards cover 30 acres on as many as 43 plots of which 20 acres are classed as Grand Cru, the creme de la creme of vineyard sites.
The quality of Lallier's champagne has twice been recognised at the Sommelier Wine Awards, with the Rose achieving Gold at the 2008 awards and the Blanc de Blancs Gold at the 2009 awards.
