Paul Boutinot will host a journey of South African wines from the Stellenbosch and False Bay vineyards. Paul is our major wine supplier and we are delighted that he talk about his passion the single estates and vineyards of this breathtakingly beautiful part of the world. He will bring wines from False Bay, Circumstance and the Waterkloof vineyards. The dinner will be five wines and five courses with a grape and flavour matching between the two Pauls.
The dinner will be held in our new Fifth floor dining room with breathtaking panoramic views of the city and beyond.
